Terms and Conditions:
1. This Agreement
This Agreement describes the buyer and Muccia ApS rights and obligations in connection with the goods Muccia ApS facilitates through www.muccia.com.
a. This Agreement effect when the buyer with the selection of the field, "I have read and accepted

As customer of www.muccia.com one can subscribe and accordingly receive a newsletter once a month from www.muccia.com. The customer can always subscribe and unsubscribe the newsletter.
3. Purchases
All purchases from www.muccia.com are made by credit card directly to www.muccia.com. The customer can pay by credit card, Visa card and Mastercard. After the purchase is sent, a receipt for the purchase is send directly to the buyer's email address.

Delivery is made by Post Denmark or by a Muccia ApS designated courier.

Any purchases made from www.muccia.com can be returned so that the customer within 14 days
from receipt of the product can return the item to Muccia, but if the product is in the same condition
as when received.
Buyer may cancel the order by:
i. Refusing to accept the delivery
ii. Assign the delivery to the post office
iii. Return the delivery to Muccia's address
Buyer will bear the shipping costs for returning the product directly to Muccia ApS, and return by
postal order or cash on delivery is not accepted. Buyer shall, in case of returning the delivery give
written notice to www.muccia.com by sending an e-mail to info@muccia.com specifying the order.
Please refer to the order number and inform product style number, color, size etc. Please inform the
bank account number to be used for the reimbursement of the purchase price.
Complaints received within 14 days after receipt of the goods or after the buyer discovered the defect
will be considered given within a reasonable time of notice.
d. Reimbursement
In case of returned goods or in case of prepaid items canceled prior to shipment, full or partial
refund of the purchase price will take place. Reimbursement is done by bank transfer and
accordingly www.muccia.com need information about registration and account number for your bank
account. This information is not sensitive and may be disclosed by e-mail or other traditional forms of
correspondence information on returning goods.

PBS charges a fee for use of debit cards. www.muccia.com covers these charges if you use credit
card, Visa card or American Express. By use of all other payment cards a fee of 1.25% of the invoice
total will be charged, which is the amount the credit card clearing company collects from
www.muccia.com.

www.muccia.com is not liable to buyer or any third party for any indirect or consequential damages for loss of data, profit, revenue or business, how it might be caused (whether caused by negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise) even if such loss or damage was foreseeable by www.muccia.com or www.muccia.com was pointed out that the possibility therefore existed.

www.muccia.com is not responsible for failure to meet its obligations under this Agreement caused
by factors, which www.muccia.com or Muccia ApS has no control over.
b. Changes in this Agreement
www.muccia.com reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement and
if so www.muccia.com is obliged to inform of such changes in the terms and conditions within this Agreement.
